Don’t Misunderstand

For some reason, no matter how clear I try to be – either in written or verbal communications – people get the exact opposite point than the one I’m trying to make. I make a point that I’m trying to avoid process and all they hear is that I’m trying to implement process. I make another point about how I don’t believe in blame and all they hear is that I’m blaming someone. I seriously don’t know what else to do.

Everyone: “OH YOU’RE SAYING YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED TO DO!”
